It may be mentioned that candidates appearing for the NEET-UG 2024 examination at the Jowai Centre, St Mary Mazzarello Girls Hr Sec School, and in Ri Bhoi in Meghalaya have raised serious concerns regarding the distribution of question papers during the recent examination.
The candidates have highlighted issues concerning the distribution of two sets of question papers, with question paper codes Q, R, S, and T, and M, N, O, and P, which contained entirely different questions. This unexpected distribution of different question papers has led to widespread panic among the candidates.
The Meghalaya government has taken up the issue with the central agency following the alleged irregularities surrounding the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) held at Jowai in West Jaintia Hills District.
However, the NTA has not yet responded to the government regarding the alleged anomalies of the examination.
