National Lok Adalat to be held in Jowai

The District Legal Services Authority, West Jaintia Hills District is organising National Lok Adalat on March 12 from 10 am onwards in Jowai.

Matters to be taken up in the National Lok Adalat will include Bank Recovery Cases, Bakijai Cases, Criminal Compoundable Cases, Electricity Bill (excluding non-compoundable cases), Labour Dispute Cases, Land Acquisition Cases, MACT Cases, Matrimonial Cases, Negotiable Instruments Act Cases u/s 138, Civil Cases, Consumer Dispute Cases, Revenue Cases, Service Matters relating to pay and allowances and retrial benefits and Water Bills (excluding non-compoundable cases).

In this regard, all the concerned parties are requested to take part in the above mentioned date and time.
