    The District Legal Service Authority, West Jaintia Hills will be holding National Lok Adalat on 9th September, 2023 in the  DC office, Jowai from 10.00 Am.

    Matters to be taken up in the National Lok Adalat will include Bank Recovery Cases, Bakijai Cases, Criminal Compoundable Cases, Electricity Bill (excluding non-compoundable cases), Labour disputes cases, Land Acquisition cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial Cases, Negotiable instrument Act cases u/s 138, Civil Cases, Consumer Dispute Cases, Revenue Cases, Services matters relating to pay and allowances and retrial benefits and water bills (excluding non-compoundable cases).
