    The Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) has issued a public notice regarding a modification in the screening test subjects for the post of Assistant Conservator of Forests under the Forest & Environment Department.

    As per a letter from the Chief Conservator of Forests (Administration), dated 24th September 2024, the earlier advertisement (No. MPSC/ADVT-54/1/2024-2025/1 dated 19th September 2024) has been partially modified in reference to Para 9.1 (B) under the “Method of Selection.”

    The revised subjects and marks for the screening test are as follows:

    1. General English – 50 Marks
    2. General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 50 Marks
    3. General Science including Environmental Studies and Technology – 100 Marks
