    The Smart Charitable Trust Meghalaya invites application for consideration of (L) Smt. Yamuna Naik (retired primary school teacher and mother of Shri. P. Naik, IAS (Retd), chairman, ARRRAC, Government of Meghalaya and President of the Trust) award of Rs. 5000/- each for poor meritorious students of the State based on the result of current year SSLC examination in collaboration with the Education Department, Government of Meghalaya.

    The applicant applying should have passed out from any school in Meghalaya with 80% marks and above during the current year 2020-2021. Complete application from along with attested documents/ testimonials may be submitted to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of the District on or before 31.10.2020 

    Selection:
    The award is limited to 20 meritorious students who meet the eligibility criteria.

    Additional weightage for selection from the eligible candidate will be provided to the category, income and location of the school, in the State from which the application passed out.

    The application may be submitted in the following format:

    1. Name of the Applicant

    2. Name of Father/Mother/Guardian

    3. Name of the School from which passed out during the current year

    4. Percentage of marks secured (Photo copy of marksheet to be attached)

    5. Income of parents/ Guardian per year

    6. Whether belonging to ST/SC/OBC category (in case yes certificate by DC to be  attached)

    7. Signature of the applicant
