Meghalaya revises cut-off score for B.Sc Nursing entrance from 26 to 21

The Directorate of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Meghalaya, has revised the eligibility cut-off score for the State Common Entrance Examination for admission to B.Sc. Nursing courses in private institutes across the state for the 2025–26 academic session.
As per the latest notification (No. DHSME&R/Estt/CEE/2025/2/7183) issued on August 28, the cut-off score has been lowered to 21 marks with a minimum qualifying criteria of 0 percentile for candidates across all categories—General, ST, SC, OST, and PWD under ST/SC/OST.
This change comes after the earlier notification (No. DHSME&R/Estt/CEE/2025/2/6641) dated August 18, which had fixed the cut-off score at 26 marks with a qualifying criteria of 2nd percentile.
The Directorate clarified that except for the revised score, all other terms of reference remain unchanged.
