In view of the power regulation imposed by NEEPCO, the Meghalaya Power Distribution Corporation Limited (MePDCL) is compelled to resort to load shedding with effect from 00:00 Hours of 20th March, 2021, as per the following schedule until further notice. The inconvenience caused to our esteemed consumers is sincerely regretted.

Garo Hills & Shillong

06-09 Hrs
Jaintia & Ribhoi (Public)

09-12 Hrs
Khasi Hills,Jaintia Industries & Shillong

12-14 Hrs
Jaintia & Jaintia Industries & Ribhoi (Public) & Garo Hills

14-16 Hrs
Khasi Hills & Jaintia Industries including Shillong & Garo Hills

16-18 Hrs
Jaintia & Jaintia Industries & Byrnihat Industries

18-20 Hrs
Byrnihat Industries & Ribhoi (Public)

20-24 Hrs

However, the above schedule and duration may change depending on the real time grid condition and the quantum of load to be shed.
