Meghalaya police still verifying veracity of video clip

The state police is verifying the veracity of a video clip which is circulating on social media with a caption alleging that Khasis ate being killed in Bangladesh.

Informing this here on Friday, Asst Inspector General of Police (A) GK Iangrai said the department appeals to the general public to refrain from circulating the video and at the same time to provide information through the department’s social media accounts and whatsapp number. He assured that the identity of the informant will be kept strictly confidential.
