Meghalaya observes Constitution Day at Main Secretariat Building

To commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India by the Constituent Assembly on November 26, 1949, Meghalaya Chief Secretary, D.P Wahlang, on Monday led the gathering in reading the Preamble to the Constitution of India at the Main Secretariat Building premises, Shillong.
