Meghalaya | Last COVID-19 patient tests positive for fourth time

A 42-year-old woman in Shillong has tested positive for coronavirus four successive times.

The woman, a family friend of the first COVID-19 patient, is the 11th patient to be tested positive for COVID-19 in the state.  She was initially tested negative but later turned positive again.

“The result of the fourth test of the last COVID-19 patient is still positive,” Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong said on Friday.

He however said that she is in good condition. According to him, the fifth test will be done again on May 11.
