Meghalaya Guv condoles death of former President

Governor of Meghalaya, Satya Pal Malik has expressed his heartfelt condolences and grief on the death of Pranab Mukherjee, Former President of India.

He described Pranab Mukherjee as not just a revered Head of the State but also a distinguished Parliamentarian, an able administrator and a fine gentleman.

“I am deeply saddened and grieved to hear of the demise of your father, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Former President of India. In his death our country has lost a respected leader who was not only a revered Head of the State but also a distinguished Parliamentarian, an able administrator and a fine gentleman. His numerous contributions will be long remembered by the people.” Malik said in his condolence message.

He conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
