    The Government of Meghalaya has officially approved the resumption of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for recruitment in the Civil Defence & Home Guards department, scheduled to take place from November 18 to November 21, 2024.

    According to a statement issued on Monday by PH Shylla, Senior Staff Officer & Additional Public Relations Officer of the Directorate of Civil Defence & Home Guards, candidates who were initially set to participate in the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and PET on October 4, 5, 7, and 8, 2024, along with those who qualified in the PMT and took part in the PET on October 2 and 3, 2024, are required to download new admit cards. These cards will be accessible on the department’s official website, www.meghomeguards.gov.in.

    The admit card link will be made available starting November 6, 2024, ensuring candidates can prepare adequately for their respective test dates.
