Meghalaya Govt employees to get salaries by 22nd December

Following Meghalaya Governor’s approval for early disbursement of salaries and pensions for December this year now all Meghalaya employees and pensioners will get their salaries and pension by the 22nd of this month on account of Christmas Festival.

The Governor sanctioned as a special case in relaxation of Rule 141 of the Meghalaya Financial Rules, 1981, for the drawal of Pay and Allowances to all Gazetted and Non-Gazetted employees including Pensioners for the month of December 2022.
