the teachers are fighting hard to get their salary raised…. now, while they spend their time in school, they need the help of those we may term unskilled at home…. if they have to pay them 15000 per month, how are they going to run their families with the 5000 balance that they have….?

who the hell are you to say that the unskilled should be paid less as compared to the teacher….should only the teacher enjoy all the money not the unskilled? or only the teacher and government servants who did nothing except going to office and squandered all the public money are human being not the unskilled?all are equal and should be paid equal. My mother cannot be called unskilled even if she does not become a teacher and raise a son like me to become a teacher….my mother should be paid 10 times more than me.

and how come the unskilled as you may call them run their family with 15000 if they already helped you….don’t you feel their difficult situation or you considered yourself human being and others they are not….all should be paid equal.

Private school teachers were paid so much less than the unskilled workers . What the government has to say! Can they (govt) enforced their orders? how? Private individuals shouldn’t run Institution if they cannot pay the minimum wages. They extract huge fees but exploited their employees by paying less and pressuring them to work more. such practice is seen in every sector of employment. The Government must do something to address grievances of work force.
