Meghalaya CEO inspects strong room at Polo ahead of LS polls

Chief Electoral Officer BDR Tiwari on Saturday inspected the strong room at Polo Ground, Shillong.

He was accompanied by the District Election Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner (EL), Assistant Commissioner (i/c strong room) and EE PWD (Building).

The CEO instructed the EE PWD (Building) to expedite the repair of the strong room with all safety measures.

The CEO also reviewed the arrangement for dispatch & receiving centre counting centre and polling personnel welfare measures.
