The bitch has been reportedly terrorising the whole neighbourhood. People in the area particularly children live in constant fear.

    K. Snaitang, Sr. Gramsevak has been beaten by this bitch this morning, sustaining serious injury and has to be rushed to Holy Cross, Hospital for treatment and vaccination.

To avoid further damage and suffering.  Ricky Nongrum is hereby directed to get his bitch removed at the earlier latest by 17 October, 2020. Non compliance of this order will be viewed very seriously.
