    The autumn session of the eleventh Meghalaya Legislative Assembly will be held from September 15 to September 22.

    The calendar for the upcoming session was approved during a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) chaired by the state Assembly Speaker Thomas A Sangma held here on Wednesday.

    It was also attended by deputy chief minister in-charge Parliamentary Affairs Prestone Tynsong and opposition AITC president Charles Pyngrope.

    Addressing media persons, Sangma informed that there will be five working days of which three days have been allotted for government business and two days for private members’ business.
