MDA-II Govt appointed new Managing Director of MCCL

The MDA-II Government has effected portfolios reshuffling amongst four Commissioner & Secretary’s level bureaucrats on Wednesday.

Sanjay Goyal, IAS (RR: 2004), Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Transport and Commerce & Industries etc., Departments shall also function as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Power Department in addition to his own duties.

He is however, relieved of his functions as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Commerce & Industries Department.

Dr. Vijay Kumar D, IAS (RR:2004) Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Finance and Soil & Water Conservation etc., Departments shall also function as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Urban Affairs Department.

He is, however, relieved of his functions as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Soil & Water Conservation Department.

Pravin Bakshi, IAS (RR:2006) Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Power etc., Departments shall also function as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Education and Commerce & Industries Departments.

He is, however, relieved of his functions as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Power, Urban Affairs, Legal Metrology Departments and Managing Director, MCCL.

Dr. B.D.R.Tiwari, IAS (RR:2006) Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Education Department etc., shall also function as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Legal Metrology Department in addition to his own duties.

He is, however, relieved of his functions as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Education Department.

W.A.M Booth, IAS (SCS:2015) Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Cooperation Department etc., shall also function as Managing Director, MCCL.
