Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui on Friday announced that board exams for class XII students for the remaining four papers will be held from June 8, 9 and 10.

Rymbui told reporters that the routine for the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certification (HSSLC) examinations will be published by the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE)  on Saturday.

The remaining subjects include mathematics, physical education, statistics, and western music.

The minister said around 3,779 students will be sitting for the examinations in 59 centres.

When asked, Rymbui said that the results of the SSLC and HSSLC examinations are likely to be declared in the last week of June or first week of July.
