The Deputy Commissioner of West Jaintia Hills has declared July 7, 2023 as local holiday in West Jaintia Hills District on account of Behdeinkhlam Festival in Jowai

All State Government offices, Revenue and Magisterial courts, Banks and Educational institutions located in West Jaintia Hills District shall remain closed on the said date.
