    The KSU War Jaintia Circle has opened up a great opportunity to students pursuing their class X and also those waiting for their SSLC results with a Career Guidance Counselling programme, which will be held on May 4, 2024 at Syiem Jingsuk Parish Hall – Amlarem. 

    The counselling programme is being organised with a view to help and bring awareness to students regarding the different kinds of career paths that they can choose. The programme also has a view to help students understand the different scopes that is within Arts, Science and Commerce so that they will be able to align their career choice with that of their interests.  

    The programme will also help the students in becoming aware about the many competitive exams that they can appear later on such as the UPSC, MPSC, SSC, and many other exams as well. They will also be introduced to many job-oriented courses and also to the field of Entrepreneurship as well.

    Hence, the KSU War Jaintia Circle urged the students eligible to attend the counselling programme within the Amlarem Sub-Division to grab this invaluable chance and use it for their own benefits.

    The coordinator of the programme is Advocate, Lop Stevenson Khonglah and the Resource persons who will be imparting their knowledge to the students include:

    • Mr. Sashi Teibor Laloo, Assistant Professor, Shillong Commerce College, Shillong.
    • Miss Badapbiang Tariang Dkhar, Former Assistant Professor, Legal Practices at O.P Jindal University, Sonipat.
    • Dr. Chanlemki Lanong, Assistant Professor, Synod College, Shillong.
    • Dr. Kermi u Tariang, Assistant Professor, Thomas Jones College, Jowai.
