Justice Biswadeep Bhattacharjee sworn in as Additional Judge of Meghalaya High Court

Justice Biswadeep Bhattacharjee was administered the oath of office of the Additional Judge of the High Court of Meghalaya on Tuesday by Sanjib Banerjee, Chief Justice of the High Court of Meghalaya.

Justice Biswadeep Bhattacharjee was born on March 26th, 1968 at Shillong and completed his L.L.B. from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. He joined the Bar and practiced as an Advocate from September 1993.

Prior to his elevation, he served as an Additional Advocate General of Meghalaya with effect from 6th September 2018 and while serving in the said post he was also designated as Senior Advocate on 24th September 2021 by the High Court of Meghalaya.
