James L P Kynjing (retired Field Publicity Officer) husband of Deigracia A Shylla passed away on 12/12/19 at Bethany Hospital, Shillong.His funeral will start at 1 pm on 14/12/19 from his residence at  Umpling DongSurok near Hubert School and opposite Joyville Kindergarten and thereafter to be laid to rest at Church Of God Cemetry Nongrah.
