    A District Level Science Seminar on the Topic “Artificial Intelligence: Potentials & Concerns” was heldon August 20 at Jaintia Eastern College, Khliehriat, East Jaintia Hills District.

    Organized by the office of the District School Education Officer, East Jaintia Hills District, the seminar saw the enthusiastic participation of students belonging to different schools of the district.

     During the daylong seminar, students expressly elaborated on the several advantages and disadvantages of AI technology through PowerPoint presentations.

    After the programme, certificates were awarded to the Winner and Runners up of the seminar wherein Miss Cassandra Sutnga from Little Star Secondary School secured the First Prize, Mr. Edi Bosco from Khliehriat Higher Secondary School and Miss Tyngshainhaki Sympli from Sacred Heart Secondary School bagged the Second and Third prizes respectively.  (DPRO, Khliehriat)
