ICICI Bank donates Oxygen Concentrators in Jowai

The ICIC Bank Limited on Monday has donated 8 numbers Oxygen Concentrators to the Deputy Commissioner of West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai.

Of this three Oxygen Concentrators will be set up at MCH, Jowai, two each in Ummulong CHC & Nongtalang CHC and one in Laskein CHC.

This was as part of its corporate social responsibility efforts to fight the Covid 19 Pandemic. The initiative is aimed at creating a local emergency healthcare infrastructure in the form of oxygen support to stabilize patients at the block level itself. 

The oxygen concentrators was handed over to Deputy Commissioner, Garod LSN Dykes by Regional Head, ICIC Bank Limited Sushanta Nayak and Sumit Chetri, Branch Manager, ICICI Branch Jowai.

Also present at the presentation was the Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Extra Assistant Commissioner and District Medical & Health Officer, West Jaintia Hills.
