Heatwave Alert: North Garo Hills District reschedules school hours

In view of the unusual rise in temperature in North Garo Hills District, all school authorities are instructed to reschedule the regular class hours from morning 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM keeping the students’ health and well-being on topmost priority.

The order was issued as per the Disaster Management Act, 2005 by the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, North Garo Hills.
