    The Deputy Commissioner’s Office, West Jaintia Hills has released the gratuitous relief to the family members of Primel Bamon who lost his life after a tree collapsed at his residence in PWD Compound, Ladthadlaboh.

    Bamon a home guard volunteer posted with Jowai Traffic Police was residing with his wife an employee of PWD at PWD Compound was killed on May 19, last.

    The office sanctioned an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh) only of Ex-Gratia for payment of Gratuitous Relief to Bamon’s family who lost his life due to rain and strong wind under Jowai Town.
