Govt vehicle set ablaze by miscreant in Nongmensong

A government vehicle was set ablaze at Nongmensong Dongkadiang here on Wednesday morning. 

The incident took place at around 2.50 am when a Swift Dzire bearing registration number ML 05 AB 1290 was torched by miscreants while it was parked on the roadside, police said. 

After enquiry, it was found that the vehicle belongs to the BSNL company, they said. 

The vehicle’s front portion was totally damaged.
