  • Govt to clear 4 months’ pending salary of SSA teachers: Rymbui

    The state government has released Rs 60 crore for clearing the two months’ pending salary of over 12,541 SSA teachers in the state.

    Informing this on Tuesday, Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui said, “(As) promised by me, the government has released Rs 60 crore on March 26, for payment of two months’ salary of the SSA teachers. It must have reached the districts and they must have distributed (it already).”

    Rymbui further informed that the Government of India has also released Rs 68 crore for clearing another two months’ pending salary of the SSA teachers.

    “This will also be released within this month,” he said while adding altogether four out of five months’ pending salary of the SSA teachers will be cleared by the government.

      When meghalaya govt will appoint mtet 2021 passed candidate in l.p n u.p schools? Many primary schools are teacherless in some school.
