The District Election Officer, East Khasi Hills District has informed the public within 24-Mawphlang (ST) Assembly Constituency that the General Election Observer for the ensuing Bye-Election to the 24-Mawphlang (ST) Assembly Constituency has arrived and stationed at the State Convention Centre, Shillong.
