Royal Global University (RGU) will host Ravi Kant, former CEO and Vice Chairman of Tata Motors, for an interactive session with students and faculty on September 8. Kant will speak on visionary leadership, drawing insights from his acclaimed book Leading from the Back to Achieve the Impossible, to inspire the next generation of leaders.

The visit will be followed by a Management Development Program (MDP) on September 9, jointly conducted by Ravi Kant and Rajesh Srivastava, former President of JK Helen Curtis Limited. Titled How to Achieve the Impossible, the full-day program is designed for corporate professionals and entrepreneurs from the Northeast.

Srivastava, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore, brings over four decades of corporate experience and is widely recognised for his expertise in creativity, innovation, and critical thinking. He is also the author of two best-selling books, The New Rules of Business and The 10 New Life-Changing Skills.

Registration for the program is open, with details available via 9952085266 / 8486561115 or by email at [email protected] and [email protected].
