Five years imprisonment for outraging modesty of woman

The Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, North Garo Hills, Resubelpara convicted Tapon R Marak for his involvement in the act of assault and outrage the modesty of a woman five years back.

The accused was convicted under section 354/354B/323 IPC and was sentenced for (five) years of simple imprisonment.

The matter was reported at Resubelpara Police Station, on 20.02.2019 for his alleged involvement in the above mentioned case and registered vide Resubelpara PS C/No. 06(02)2019.
