    The Director of Sainik Welfare, Meghalaya, has officially announced that the Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Rally 2024 is scheduled to take place on the 17th of December, 2024.

    The event will be hosted at the prestigious 58 Gorkha Training Centre (GTC) in Happy Valley, Shillong, commencing at 8:30 am.

    The rally aims to serve as an interactive platform where ex-servicemen, widows, and their dependents can come together to address and mitigate issues related to their welfare.
