Electoral roll available for inspection in Mairang and Mawthadraishan Constituencies

The Electoral Registration Officers of 30- Mairang (ST) and 31- Mawthadraishan (ST) Assembly Constituencies has informed that the electoral roll has been prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, and a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer during office hours and all location Polling Stations from 29^th October, 2024 to 28^th November, 2024.

The qualifying date for the preparation of the electoral roll is 1^st January 2025.

If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection to the inclusion of name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 28^th November, 2024 in Form 6,6A, 7, 8 as may be appropriate.

Every such claim or objection should either be presented in the office of the Electoral Registration Officer or to Booth Level Officers/Supervisory Officers at Designated locations, Polling Stations or sent by post to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Election) Eastern West Khasi Hills District, Mairang so as to reach the office not later than the aforesaid date.
