EJDCA lauds Kishan Lyngdoh batting effort against Tripura

East Jaintia District Cricket Association (EJDCA) president Rajiv Bareh lauded Kishan Lyngdoh for his batting performance in a plate group match of Meghalaya and win by 10 wickets against Tripura in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 tournament in Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh on Monday.

Kishan Lyngdoh a player from East Jaintia Hills District and guest player Chirag Khurana played positive cricket. Chasing 147 for victory for Meghalaya reached the target within 18 overs. Lyngdoh unbeaten 85 runs in 62 balls and Khurana 54 not out off 47 balls.

This was Lyngdoh’s second half-century in the tournament, he had made 52 in the victory over Mizoram last week. 

Rajiv said, “Kishan Lyngdoh has been an outstanding cricketer in our district, we wish him success in the future.”
