East Khasi Hills residents encouraged to apply free LPG connections

The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District has informed that the Government of India through the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has approved for release of additional Free LPG Connections to all eligible women beneficiaries of economically weaker section under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) 3.0 Scheme throughout the country.

In this connection, in order to avail benefits from the scheme, the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District informed all deserving families to visit and apply for free gas connection directly from any nearest Gas Agency within the District. The last date for submission of application is 31^st December, 2023.
