Delhi Assembly Speaker visits Meghalaya Assembly Speaker

Ram Niwas Goel, Speaker of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, on Tuesday, paid a visit to Thomas A. Sangma, Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, at his office.

Goel was accompanied by his wife. Goel, who is serving as the 7th and current Speaker of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, has held the position twice, in 2015 and 2020.

Deputy Speaker Timothy D. Shira and Cabinet Minister A. L. Hek were also present to welcome the Speaker.
