    Chief Secretary MS Roa today chaired a review meeting to discuss on the implementation and status of important schemes- progammes implemented by the departments of the two Districts – West Jaintia Hills and East Jaintia Hills in the Conference Hall of the office of the Divisional Soil & Water Conservation Officer, Jowai.

    Director of Community and Rural Development SC Sadhu, Secretary of PHE and Director of JJM C Gotmare, Deputy Commissioner of East and West Jaintia Hills Garod LSN Dykes and E Kharmalki were also present.

    The Chief Secretary reviewed the progress of the Programmes –schemes related to Jal Jeevan Mission, Prdhan Mantri Aawas Yojana (Grameen and Urban), Status of Aadhar enrollment, One Nation one Ration Card, Digital Connectivity, Land Acquisition and Border Fencing Issues were taken up and discussed.

    The concern officials through power point presentation presented the progress of the Schemes implemented.
