Covid Management Committees meeting at West Garo Hills

The West Garo Hills District Administration has announced a meeting of the District Covid Management Committee and the Tura Town Covid Management Committee which will be held in the afternoon on Tuesday.

The meeting will take place in Tura’s DRDA Conference Hall. This is in response to concerns about the rising number of Covid cases in the state. The Covid-19 protocols will be strictly followed, particularly when wearing a mask in crowded places.

The District Commissioner also stated that all people over the age of 45 should get a Covid vaccine at the nearest health centre because the number of cases is increasing.
