    Clarifying on the three suspected COVID-19 cases in West Jaintia Hills District, Dr. Helen Uriah, District Surveillance officer IDSP informed that out of three suspected COVID-19 cases one them that had a complain of breathing problem was tested negative.

    Two of the COVID-19 suspected has travelled history informed Dr. Halen. She informed that one of them who had registered with IDSP is under monitoring system surveillance and home quarantine since 23rd of March, 2020 was complaining of diarrhoea yesterday and shifted to an isolation ward and sample sent for testing.

    The other person who also has a travelled history, has not registered with COVID-19 registration portal nor with Helpline Registration and the Doctors are tracing his travel history.
