Conrad to launch WhatsApp based public grievance redress mechanism

SHILLONG: Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma will launch the ‘Chief Minister’s Whatsapp based Public Grievance Redress Mechanism’ on January 21. Sangma will dedicate it to the people of the state on the occasion of the Meghalaya Day celebrations.
