Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Sunday assured the A•chik Holistic Awakening Movement (AHAM) of fixing the anomalies in the results declared for the post of Field Engineer in the Meghalaya State Watershed & Wasteland Development Agency (MSWWDA)

A delegation of AHAM Central Executive Board leaders led by President George Prince Momin met Sangma in latter’s residence in Tura.

They discussed on the fall out in the upholding of the Job Reservation Policy by MSWWDA wherein only one A·chik candidate was selected for the post of Field Engineer from the

He assured the organisation that MDA government will always uphold the State Job Reservation Policy which was designed and crafted ideally by the fore-fathers of the Meghalaya state as and when it was carved out.

The Chief Minister confided Momin that erring results declaration of Meghalya State Watershed & Wasteland Development Agency (MSWWDA) without upholding the State Reservation Policy would be corrected and the matter would be taken up with the authorities so that such issue does not arise in future.
