    The Budget Session of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly will commence from March 13 to March 26.

    Informing this here on Monday, Assembly Commissioner & Secretary Andrew Simons There will be 10 working days. Of this, 7 days have been allotted for government business and 3 days for private members’ business.

    He said Governor of Meghalaya, Tathagata Roy will address the House on the first day of the session while the Budget estimates of 2020-2021 will be presented on March 18 and it will be passed on March 26.
