BJP to constitute fact finding committee to probe into alleged illegal coal mining

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday said it will form a fact finding committee to probe into the alleged illegal coal mining in the state.

Speaking to reporters, BJP state president Rikman G Momin said, “We will be forming a fact finding committee and according to that (take action).”

He said the party is only hearing from people that illegal coal mining is still going on in the state.

“Yes, we will raise this issue but right now there is no report with us as a party because we heard only verbally from the people (that there is illegal coal mining),” Momin stated.
