    The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District has declared that all bonded warehouses, IMFL off shops, bars, hotel, clubs, canteens and outstills in the entire Shillong agglomeration will remain closed with effect from 11th to 17th May, 2021.

    However, home delivery of liquors can still be carried out by the IMFL ‘OFF’ licensees possessing Home Delivery License and subject to valid passes issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District.

    According to the Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District, all Covid-19 protocols should be maintained during delivery of orders. (MIPR)
