The plantation began with the distribution of Face Mask by Lumshnong PHC to all the planters and social distancing was maintained.

“We are thankful to Lumshnong PHC & the Youths of Lumshnong village for their collaboration with us for this plantation. On this day (Environment Day), it is our responsibility to make this Earth greener by planting more and more trees and also taking care of them afterwards”, said G. Dkhar (Secretary-in-Charge of NPP Youth Wing EJHD).

He also said that they wanted to carry out the plantation in different parts of the village and other places as well but due to the shortage of saplings, they couldn’t do it.

The Medical Officer (MO) incharge of Lumshnong PHC extend his gratitude towards the NPP Youth Wings EJHD for their contributions towards the PHC by making its surrounding greener and healthier.
