Affidavit: Change of name to Risalon Paslein

Rambih Pde of Moowamon Mihmyntdu, West Jaintia Hills, has sworn an affidavit before the Notary Public, Jowai, to correct his daughter’s name in official records.

Her Aadhaar card lists her as Desire Paslein, but her Birth and Scheduled Tribe Certificates (No. MEG-ST/2025/14572) confirm her correct name as Risalon Paslein.

Her name will henceforth be known as Risalon Paslein for all legal and official purposes, and Aadhaar records will be updated accordingly.
