358 suicide cases registered in EKH alone

Over 358 cases of suicide have been registered in East Khasi Hills alone during the last five years. 

This was informed by deputy chief minister in-charge home (police) Prestone Tynsong in a reply tabled in the Assembly on Thursday.

“The total number of suicide cases since last five years in East Khasi Hills District 358,” he said.
