3 notorious drug traffickers arrested with Rs 5 crore heroin in Ri Bhoi

Three notorious drug traffickers were arrested  with heroin worth over Rs 5 crore in Ri Bhoi district on Saturday.

An Alto was also seized from their possession.

Taking to Twitter, Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said, “Traffickers plan to torment society by drugs but our govt is firm to thwart their evil designs. In an intensive operation Ri Bhoi Police nabbed 3 notorious traffickers and seized Heroin worth Rs 5 crore and Alto car at Lumkeni with the help of K9 squad.Kudos to team.”
