20 suspected drug users picked up in Shillong

As many as 20 suspected drug users were picked up from GS road here on Wednesday.

“Today Cantonment BH picked up 20 suspected drug users who were found loitering and obstructing the footpath along GS Road, near Ajmera and Boucher Road,” East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem said.

“After preparing their profiles and considering their condition they have been bound down under different provisions of the BNSS,” he added.
